1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using REPVEX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use REPVEX
• Users aged 13-17 may have restricted access to certain social features
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these age requirements
• Parents/guardians are responsible for minor's use of the App

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Tiers

REPVEX offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require an active paid subscription.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Payment will be charged to your account upon purchase confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of your app store provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy the App
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by REPVEX and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (workout logs, progress photos). By posting content publicly, you grant us a license to display and share that content within the App.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (Strava, Oura Ring, Apple Health). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPVEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Errors in AI recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
